- D'Amour Jewelry: We are delighted to provide complimentary insured UPS shipping on all D'Amour Jewelry orders for both your purchase and any potential returns, ensuring a seamless and secure experience. Free shipping is only available in the United States.
Free Returns: Enjoy worry-free shopping with our 14-day complimentary return policy. Simply return your items for a full refund or exchange. Items must be non-altered and in the original packaging with all contents included. Missing items will incur a 30% restocking fee.
Delivery:
- D'Amour Home: Our Home collection are fully stocked and will be processed within 1 day when your order is received. Items are delivered within 3-5 business days. A tracking number will be sent to you once FedEx Home or UPS initiates the delivery of your order.
- D'Amour Jewelry: All our Jewelry items are made-to-order, and take approximately 3 weeks to meticulously handcraft. Please note that your order will be delivered within 3-4 weeks from your order date. The actual delivery will take 3-5 business days to ship out of our studio and delivered to you once the processing time is completed. A tracking number will be sent to you once UPS initiates the delivery of your order. Note: Any in-stock items will ship immediately to be delivered within 3-5 business days.
